mobileFX Legacy and Vision

mobileFX Private Capital Company (mobileFX PCC / EL800434209 / DUNS 363277902) was established on September 2012 by Mr Elias G. Politakis and Mrs Lina Kalostipi. mobileFX has pre-existed as a brand name for many years as an "individual/personal company" of Mr Politakis, thus the new legal entity of the company kicks off with significant experience and intellectual property rights in form of software products and trademarks, as well as innovation, products awards and customer track record.

In its previous legal form, mobileFX developed the award-winning software product mobileFX Studio, an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for rapid prototyping of mobile applications and 2D games. The software itself along with applications produced by 3rd parties received significant recognition in Greece and abroad:

The overall success was the driving force for forming this start-up company and plan our new product, mobileFX Coconut2D, a cross platform Common Runtime Layer (CRL) API that would form an abstract compatibility layer across technologically in-homogeneous mobile devices and allow developers to program applications and games faster and more efficiently. This CRL API will be integrated inside mobileFX Studio in order to deliver a complete development environment with new and innovative features.

mobileFX is a registered trademark of Elias Politakis (trademark sign number 178092). mobileFX brand and mobileFX web site ( are well recognized with 3rd party references from known brands such as Adobe, PhoneGap, NOKIA and technological blog posts. Elias Politakis exhibited under his brand on 2009 and 2010 at GSM Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain and in several other events in Greece and Cyprus.

mobileFX brand brought forward by Elias Politakis's freelancer activity to the new company, mobileFX Private Capital Company, and the above case studies, constitute a technological, innovation, marketing and business development legacy with important marketing advantages that will allow the new company to faster establish itself on the market and penetrate new business development areas with the credibility of a capital company, allowing it to address bigger customers, partners and projects.

Administrative and organisational structure of the Enterprise

At mobileFX there is no complex administrative structure; more specifically, company organizational and operational structure follows the Extreme Professionals (XP) model where Administration, Marketing and Development are tight coupled in order to foster decisions on the system development process. Digital signage offers superior return on investment compared to traditional printed signs. mobileFX DigiSign is an interactive digital signage network platform integrating a vast array of services such as Facebook advertising, Twitter tweets, Audio/Video advertising clips, HTML internet advertising, Flash multimedia content and gaming, and more, under a unified management platform where campaign air-time is scheduled, compiled and deployed both over low-bandwidth (3G/WiFi/Bluetooth) and high-bandwidth (LAN/WAN) secure networking to digital signage players, from a centralized management console. mobileFX has planned to evolve its digital signage software so that it offers Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) services. mobileFX software has over 900 installations on screens in Greece making it one of the largest digital signage networks in operation.
